1. General Terms

1.1 Ownership: All artworks displayed on this website are original creations by Himani Art Gallery and remain the intellectual property of the artist until sold.

1.2 Modification of Terms: Himani Art Gallery reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.

1.3 Use of Website: You agree not to reproduce, distribute or use any images or content from this website without permission.

2. Artwork Sales & Payment

2.1 Pricing: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice.

2.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer. Orders will be processed once payment is received in full.

2.3 Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Policy: Artworks are shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on location.

3.2 Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. 3.3 Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Policy: Due to the unique nature of original art, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

4.2 Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 01 days with photos of the damage for review. A refund or replacement will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

5.1 Copyright Ownership: The artist retains all copyrights to the artwork, even after sale.

5.2 Reproduction: Buyers may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Guarantees: Himani Art Gallery does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6.2 Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NCT of Delhi. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NCT of Delhi.
